Bert Carter

Bert Carter is currently the President/CEO at Willie Ross School for the Deaf, where they have been since July 2013. Prior to this, they held the same position at Vermont Center for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing/Austine School for the Deaf from July 2007 to June 2013. Bert also served as the Director of Deaf Services at FSW, Inc from January 1993 to July 2007. Their educational background includes a MA in Deafness Rehabilitation from New York University and a MA in Expressive Therapies from Lesley University.
