Jessica Caggiano

Jessica Caggiano is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal sector. Currently serving as a Partner at Willig, Williams & Davidson since August 2018, Jessica has also held the position of Associate at the same firm. Previously, Jessica worked as Associate Counsel for the New York State Public Employees Federation from March 2012 to July 2018 and as Associate Staff Counsel for the Pennsylvania State Education Association from August 2010 to March 2012. Jessica Caggiano holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from York College of Pennsylvania.
