Joseph Richardson

Joseph Richardson is a Partner at Willig, Williams & Davidson since January 2019, specializing in representing labor organizations and working families with a focus on traditional labor law. Prior to this role, Joseph served as a Field Attorney at the National Labor Relations Board from May 2011 to January 2019, where responsibilities included investigating and litigating violations of the National Labor Relations Act. Earlier, Joseph completed a summer internship with the NLRB’s Supreme Court and Appellate Litigation Branch in 2010 and served as a Signals Intelligence Marine in the United States Marine Corps from 1999 to 2004, notably participating in Operation Iraqi Freedom. Joseph holds a Juris Doctorate from American University Washington College of Law (2011) and a Bachelor of Arts in Classical and Ancient Studies from St. John's College (1999).
