David Karpick

David Karpick is an experienced professional with a strong background in business development, marketing, and community services. Currently serving as the Employment Services Director at Willis Dady Homeless Services, David focuses on creating employment opportunities for individuals exiting homelessness. Previously, David held various executive roles at Frontier Co-op, including Senior Vice President of Business Development, where responsibilities included driving the commercialization of healthier food products. Additional leadership roles included Director of Community Transportation at Horizons, Vice President at several organizations, and extensive experience at Kellogg Company, managing significant brand portfolios and financial outcomes. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
