Kelly Davis

Kelly Davis serves as the Lean Process Coordinator in the Performance Improvement department at Willis-Knighton Health System since June 2015, specializing in the application of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies for performance and quality improvement projects. Prior to this role, Kelly gained experience as an Administrative Intern at Biotech South LLC and worked as a Bookkeeper. Academically, Kelly earned a Master’s degree in Health Administration from Louisiana State University Shreveport and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Louisiana Tech University, following a high school diploma from Caddo Magnet High School.
