Marc Pierpoint

Marc Pierpoint has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles within the aviation industry. Marc began their career at Rolls-Royce in 1987 as a Design Engineer, before moving on to roles in Aircraft Performance & Competitor Analysis and Engine Program Launch. Marc then joined International Aero Engines in 1994, where they served as Director of Airline Operations & Economic Analysis and later as Deputy Treasurer. In 2001, Pierpoint transitioned to Rolls-Royce Capital Ltd, where they held positions in structured finance, export credit, and financial services. Marc returned to International Aero Engines in 2005 as Treasurer & VP Customer Finance and later became Vice President of Leasing and Engine Asset Management. Pierpoint then joined Rolls-Royce as Vice President Lessors in 2014 and subsequently transitioned to Willis Lease Finance Corporation in 2016, where they currently hold the position of Senior Vice President and Head of Trading & Investments.

Marc Pierpoint earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Loughborough University School of Business and Economics in 1995. Prior to that, they completed a degree in Aeronautical Engineering at the University of Hertfordshire from 1984 to 1987. Additionally, Marc Pierpoint also obtained another MBA degree from Loughborough University School of Business and Economics, though the start and end years for this degree are not provided.
