Ron Roberts

Ron Roberts has a strong background in engine maintenance and quality. Ron began their career as a Quality Lead at Aviation Sales Company in 1995. From there, they moved to Kellstrom Industries where they served as Director of Quality from 2001 to 2009. Following that, Roberts joined AeroTurbine, initially as Sr. Director of Quality from 2009 to 2014, and then as VP of Engine Maintenance & Quality from 2014 to 2017. Ron then transitioned to AerCap as VP of Engine Maintenance & Quality, where they worked from 2017 to 2018. Currently, Roberts holds the position of VP of Engine Maintenance & Quality at Willis Lease Finance Corporation, starting in September 2018.
