Scott B. Flaherty

Scott B. Flaherty is the current Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Willis Lease Finance. Scott has over 25 years of experience in the finance and investment industries.

Flaherty started their career as a Project Engineer at Pratt & Whitney in 1987. Scott then transitioned to investment banking, working as an Associate at Deutsche Bank from 1996 to 1998, and then as a Vice President at Credit Suisse First Boston from 1998 to 2001. In 2001, they became Managing Director at Banc of America Securities, where they worked until 2009.

In 2009, Flaherty became the Chief Financial Officer at Colt Defense LLC, where they worked until 2016. Scott then joined Willis Lease Finance as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Scott B. Flaherty received their MBA in finance from NYU Stern School of Business and their BS in mechanical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Scott also attended Westfield High School.
