Terrence Smith

Terrence Smith is a Co-Founder and Partner at Willis & Smith Capital, a lower-middle market private equity firm focused on strategic investments. They previously served as M&A, Business Lawyer, and General Counsel at Venture Strategy Law Group until 2021, providing legal counsel to entrepreneurs and emerging companies. Prior to that, Terrence held positions including Senior Contract Negotiator at Bank of America and Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel at Richard Brady & Associates. They earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of San Diego, a Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law, and an LL.M. with distinction from Georgetown Law.
