Annie Rzepecki Connors

Annie Rzepecki Connors has extensive experience in employee experience and communication, currently serving as Senior Director at WTW since June 2006. In this role, Annie is the Head of the Talent Line of Business for Greater Minneapolis, St. Louis, and Kansas City, with a strong focus on writing and editing RFPs, executive summaries, and proposals while managing the entire RFP process and consulting on design and branding. Prior to this, Annie gained editorial experience at St. Olaf College, starting as a contributing writer and advancing to positions such as Variety editor and Opinions editor. Academically, Annie holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from St. Olaf College and a Master’s degree in English Language and Literature from the University of St. Thomas.
