Ben Miller

Ben Miller has extensive experience in leadership roles within the healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at Willis Towers Watson since January 2013, Ben leads Service Delivery for the Individual Marketplace business. Prior to this, Ben was Senior Vice President of Operations at Extend Health, where significant achievements included creating the largest private Medicare exchange. Earlier in the career, Ben held various leadership positions at Code Corporation, served as President of The Miller Group, and founded Miller Communications Group, focusing on newspaper publishing. Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Loyola University Maryland, earned in 1992.
