David Hargrave

David Hargrave is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in growth leadership and compensation software implementation. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Growth at WTW since October 2011, David is responsible for driving the next phase of growth for WTW's data and software business. Previously, David held various senior roles at WTW, including Senior Director and Senior Consultant, where responsibilities included leading sales, implementation of compensation software across EMEA, and advising on employee reward strategies. Prior experience includes serving as a Consultant at Towers Watson and a Market & Business Development Manager at JATO Dynamics Ltd, where David focused on market opportunities in the leasing and finance sector. David holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Languages from Brunel University of London.
