Jacqueline Hunt

Jacqueline Hunt will begin serving on the Board as of April 1, 2023. From 2016 until 2021, Ms. Hunt served as a member of the Allianz SE management board with executive responsibility for the asset management and U.S. life insurance divisions. Prior to that, she served as executive director of Prudential plc and CEO of Prudential UK, Europe and Africa from 2013 to 2015. She served as group CFO of Standard Life from 2010 to 2013. Ms. Hunt has also held a number of senior management positions in companies including Aviva, Hibernian Group, Norwich Union Insurance, PricewaterhouseCoopers and RSA Insurance. Ms. Hunt currently serves on the public company boards of Standard Chartered PLC, a multi-national bank with operations in consumer, corporate and institutional banking, and treasury services, and the Man Group PLC, an active investment management business. She also serves on the board of Rothesay Life PLC, the UK’s pensions insurance specialist. Ms. Hunt holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Accounting degree from the University of the Witwatersrand and earned the Chartered Accountant designation.
