Kathleen Kartje

Kathleen Kartje (Hayes) has over three decades of experience in the consulting and HR industries, serving as Managing Director and NA Head of Large Clients at Willis Towers Watson since January 1991. In this role, Kathleen is responsible for the strategic direction of the large market segment in North America, overseeing a team focused on client management tools and governance protocols for over 200 directors. Previously, Kathleen held various roles within the company, including Global Account Director, where responsibility was held for five Fortune 250 clients with substantial annual revenues, and Director of Account Management, managing key client relationships and achieving significant revenue growth. Prior to Willis Towers Watson, Kathleen worked at KPMG as Assistant to the Head of HR. Educational credentials include a Master's Degree in Communications from Northwestern University, executive training in Business Administration from Harvard University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Oakland University.
