Marie Holmstrom is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and employee experience. Currently serving as Senior Director at WTW since May 2008, Marie oversees Employee Experience and Work & Rewards, driving strategies for organizational success. Prior roles include Senior Director for Southeast Market Leader - Talent and Senior Director for Talent Management & Organizational Alignment at WTW, where Marie focused on enhancing organizational performance through effective talent solutions.
