Srini Surapaneni serves as the Chief Technology Officer at WTW since July 2014, leading a global team focused on data and technology platforms across various businesses and geographies. Srini has previously held key leadership roles including Chief Information Officer for Corporate Risk & Broking, where strategic transformation initiatives were executed in collaboration with C-level stakeholders. Prior experience includes senior positions at Western Union, Regions Financial Corporation, and Ally Financial Inc., where Srini demonstrated expertise in information management, enterprise architecture, and technology transformation. Srini holds a Master's in Systems Engineering from Louisiana State University, a degree from Vanderbilt University's Banking School, and a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.
