Stephen Lowe

Stephen Lowe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the actuarial field. Currently serving as Managing Director at Willis Towers Watson since June 1980, Stephen is a part of the Thinking Ahead Group, focusing on developing innovative solutions for emerging client issues. Additionally, Stephen holds the position of President of the Casualty Actuarial Society since November 2015, contributing to a prestigious organization that provides professional education and analysis related to risk and uncertainty. Prior experience includes working as an actuary at Aetna from June 1973 to June 1980, where engagement in special projects for the Corporate Actuary was a key responsibility. Stephen earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Union College and holds the FCAS and CERA designations from the Casualty Actuarial Society.
