Anna Martini G. Pereira

Anna Martini G. Pereira is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as a Partner at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP since September 2017, Anna previously held positions as an Associate and Foreign Associate at the same firm. Prior to this, Anna worked at Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr. e Quiroga Advogados from May 2011 to July 2018, focusing on corporate practice and M&A. Anna began their career interning at various firms, including G5 Partners and Motta Fernandes Advogados, with a foundation in corporate law from Pinheiro Guimarães - Advogados. Academically, Anna holds a Master of Laws in Corporate Governance Practice from Stanford University, an MBA in Finance from Ibmec, and a Law degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
