David Ricco-Galluzzo

David Ricco-Galluzzo has a diverse work experience spanning across different roles and companies. Currently, they are working as a Team Lead for Desktop and Collaboration Technology at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP since 2020. Prior to this, they served as Deputy to the Head of Service Desk and Senior Service Desk Administrator at INVESTCORP from 2016 to 2020. Before that, they worked at Elite Marketing Group for 10 years, holding the position of Senior Client Services Specialist/Senior Desktop Support Technician. Additionally, they worked as a Project Specialist, Data Analysis, and New Business Development at Service Evaluation Concepts from 2003 to 2006. Throughout their career, David has demonstrated proficiency in designing and creating software and hardware solutions, providing technical support, conducting training sessions, and handling various desktop support functions.
