Kisha Minor is a seasoned IT Client Services professional with extensive experience in legal technology training and user support. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of IT Client Services at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP since May 2018, Kisha has previously held positions such as Learning Experience Leader and Technology Services and Training Manager at Buckley Sandler LLP, and Technical Training Specialist at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
