Holly Bowers has a strong background in HR and learning and development. Holly currently holds the position of Director of Learning and Development at Willmeng Construction, where they lead a team in providing support to the company's employees in their growth and development. Prior to this, Holly worked at Kitchell as a Training and Development Manager, where they built a learning organization and developed career development programs. Holly also served as a Human Resources Manager at Kitchell, specializing in talent development and coaching. Holly's experience also includes working as a Human Resources Manager at Freedom from Hunger, where they provided leadership and operational excellence in HR. Additionally, they have worked as an HR Consultant offering a wide range of HR services, including training and development and labor law advice. Holly began their career as a Human Resources Administrator at Northwoods Resort Big Bear and later served as an HR/Office Manager at the Big Bear Chamber of Commerce.

Holly Bowers, SHRM-CP, PHR, pursued their education in a progressive manner, focusing on human resources and organizational psychology. In 2007, they attended American InterContinental University and obtained their Bachelor's of Arts in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources in 2009. Building upon their undergraduate studies, Holly then enrolled in The Chicago School in 2017, completing their Master's of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology in 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Holly has obtained several certifications to further enhance their knowledge and expertise in the field. In October 2010, they achieved the PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification from the HRCI (Human Resource Certification Institute). Continuing their commitment to professional development, they obtained the CA - HR Certification from the same institution in January 2013. Subsequently, in September 2018, Holly obtained the SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management-Certified Professional) certification. Furthermore, in November 2019, they completed the Josh Bersin Masterclass: Building a World-Class Learning Organization offered by Crossknowledge.
