Phil Lawrence

Phil Lawrence is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the construction and technical fields. Currently serving as Principal Design Manager and previously as Design Manager at Willmott Dixon Interiors since March 2020, Phil's background includes key roles such as Senior Design Manager at Allenbuild Ltd from August 2016 to March 2020, and Technical Consultant at Lawrence Design Management from June 2014 to August 2016. Phil's expertise is further highlighted by experience as Head of Technical at Durkan, overseeing technical management for 32 live schemes, and serving as Head of Design Department at Allenbuild Ltd, where responsibilities included leading design management teams. Phil began a career in construction as a Site Manager at HBG Construction. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Oxford Brookes University and a BTEC National Diploma in Construction from Bournemouth and Poole College. Currently, Phil also provides freelance technical support to the construction industry.
