Andy Howarth, currently the Operations Manager at Willmott Dixon since November 2010, is leading the Stockport Interchange project. Prior to Willmott Dixon, Andy also worked at Morgan Sindall as a Project Manager. Andy completed their degree in Civil Engineering at Lancaster University from 1984 to 1987.
