Faith Madzikanda

Faith Madzikanda is a Customer Success Strategist and Manager with a background in client success management in the marketing technology industry. Faith has also worked as a Learning Specialist Support and Customer Service Advisor at Sky, where Faith demonstrated strong communication and conflict resolution skills. Additionally, Faith served as a Lead Role Model, providing coaching and support to new team members.
