Maggie Wen, MS RDH AEP

Maggie Wen has a diverse work experience in various industries. Maggie began their career as a Registered Dental Hygienist at Smilefocus Dental Clinic from May 2012 to January 2014. Maggie then worked as a Clinical Faculty at the Faculty of Dentistry, The University of British Columbia from September 2010 to September 2016. Following this, they founded PracWell Ergonomics in September 2016, where they served as the Founder until May 2018.

From May 2018 to April 2019, Maggie worked as a Product Educator at Humanscale, where they collected and analyzed customer usage data to improve product performance. Maggie also contributed to product strategy by understanding customer needs and conducted training sessions on health and wellness topics for various professionals.

Currently, they are employed as a Product Manager at Willo, starting from June 2019.

Maggie Wen, MS RDH AEP, has an extensive education history. Maggie obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Microbiology and Immunology from The University of British Columbia, where they studied from 2003 to 2008. Subsequently, they pursued a Diploma in Dental Hygiene/Hygienist at Vancouver Community College (VCC) from 2008 to 2010.

Maggie's educational journey continued as they completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Clinical Ergonomics at The University of British Columbia from 2014 to 2016. This program centered around the field of Clinical Ergonomics.

In addition to their academic achievements, Maggie has obtained several certifications. Maggie became a Registered Dental Hygienist through the College of Dental Hygienists of BC in July 2010. Maggie is also a Certified Pilates Instructor, having achieved this certification from Equinox in December 2016. Furthermore, they have obtained the Associate Ergonomics Professional (AEP) designation from the BCPE (Board of Certification in Professional Ergonomics) in June 2018.
