Jennifer Forgac

Jennifer Forgac, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in HR management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Willory since September 2021, Jennifer is responsible for managing HR functions that align with company culture and strategy while providing fractional HR support to clients. Previously, as the Director of Human Resources at the Great Lakes Science Center, Jennifer led HR initiatives to advance organizational goals. Other notable positions include Human Resources Manager roles at SterlingBackcheck and Ensemble Arts Philly, along with a Human Resources Generalist role at BlackRock. Jennifer holds a B.A. in Psychology and Business from Immaculata University.
