Brad Herring has extensive work experience in the field of information technology. Brad began their career in 2003 as the Director of ICT at the British International School Jakarta, where they served for eight years. In 2011, they joined Burwood Council as the Manager of Information Technology and held this position until 2016. From 2017 to 2018, Brad served as the Group Manager Systems Technology at Cumberland Council. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Information Officer at Willoughby City Council, which they started in November 2018.
Brad Herring began their education in 1995 at Australian Catholic University, where they studied but did not earn a degree. Brad then furthered their education from 2011 to 2015 at Charles Sturt University, obtaining a Masters of Business (Computing) with a focus in Information Technology.
