Gaby Gubbay

Organisational Development Strategy and Change at Willoughby City Council

Gaby Gubbay has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career in 2008 at TAFE NSW, where they held roles in CEO People Planning and Performance, as well as Senior Leadership in Workforce and Organizational Development. Gaby also worked as a Special Project Manager at the Australian Film and Television School and as a Strategic Communications and Research Officer at TAFE NSW.

Between 2013 and 2017, Gaby held roles at TAFE NSW- Sydney Institute, focusing on Competitor Analysis, and at UNSW as a Senior Consultant in Learning and Development. They then joined Fire and Rescue NSW as a Learning Design consultant before transitioning to the University of Sydney as a Change and Communications Analyst.

In 2019, Gaby joined the NSW Rural Fire Service as a Senior Learning and Development Consultant. Their most recent position is at Willoughby City Council, where they currently work in Organizational Development Strategy and Change.

Gaby Gubbay is currently undertaking a Graduate Certificate in Change Management at AGSM @ UNSW Business School. Prior to this, Gaby completed a Master Education degree in Adult Education at the University of Technology Sydney. Gaby's earliest known educational achievement is earning a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from UNSW, which was completed between the years 1982 and 1985.
