Jay Cerar has over 20 years of experience in the construction and supply industry. Currently serving as a Sales Representative in Outside Sales at Willoughby Supply Inc. since April 2008, Jay previously worked as a Foreman at Klemenc Construction from January 1994 to April 2008. Jay holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Ohio University, earned between 1985 and 1989.
