George Olson

George Olson has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. George is currently working as a Director at Slalom Build since August 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Architect at Willow since June 2020, where they developed MyWillow, a platform for investors to buy fractions of real estate and receive profits. From August 2020 to August 2021, George worked as the Director of Practices and Technology at AltSource, Inc, leading a team of various technology experts and delivering software solutions. Before that, they worked at Wellfit as a Product Architect and Head of Architecture from December 2017 to May 2020. George also gained experience at Slalom Consulting as a Solution Principal and National Delivery Manager from March 2011 to December 2017, where they provided consulting services in areas such as business intelligence and cloud solutions. George started their career as an Intern/Developer at Evader USA in June 2005 and has held various roles in companies such as Salient6, PSA Prepay Services AG, SMITH, and Washington State Department of Commerce.

George Olson graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Business from Western Washington University in the years 2001 to 2005. In addition to their degree, George also obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2006, they received Microsoft Certifications including current MCSD and Charter Certifications from Microsoft. Later, in 2014, they obtained certifications such as Sitecore Certified Developer from Sitecore, Six Sigma Lean Professional (SSLP) from the Management and Strategy Institute, and PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP®) from the Project Management Institute. More recently, in 2020, George acquired the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) and the Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification from Microsoft.
