Alexandra Swann

Alexandra Swann has a diverse work experience in the mortgage industry. Alexandra began their career at Frontier 2000 Mortgage & Loan, where they served as a self-employed mortgage broker for 15 years. During this time, they handled purchase and refinance loans and provided mortgage services to a variety of clients. Alexandra then joined Parkmont Lending as a Mortgage Loan Originator from 2014 to 2016.

In 2017, they joined GenEquity Mortgage, where they held the roles of Operations Manager and Residential Loan Originator. Their responsibilities included managing post-closing and post-purchase operations, improving investor relationships, and overseeing quality control functions. Alexandra also specialized in FHA, VA, conforming and jumbo, and non-conforming business loans.

In 2018, Alexandra joined Willow Bend Mortgage Company as a Residential Loan Originator and later became the Vice President of Post Closing. Their role involved managing post-closing, post-purchase, and repurchase functions, overseeing the appraisal desk, and ensuring compliance. Alexandra also developed and managed a TREC Realtor CE program for Willow Bend Mortgage.

In addition to their mortgage career, Alexandra served as a volunteer board member for the El Paso Hispanic Chamber of Commerce from 2005 to 2011. During their tenure, they held various leadership positions, including Board Chair, Membership Chair, and Gala Committee Chair. Alexandra played an instrumental role in growing the Chamber's membership by three hundred members.

Alexandra Swann completed their Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences with a focus on Liberal Studies from Brigham Young University. Alexandra attended this institution from 1982 to 1986.

Following their undergraduate degree, they pursued a Master of Arts in the Humanities, specializing in History and Philosophy, at California State University-Dominguez Hills. Alexandra completed this program from 1986 to 1987.

In terms of additional certifications, Alexandra Swann obtained a Continuing Education Instructor certification from the Texas Real Estate Commission in November 2016.
