Al Palamara

Al Palamara is currently the SVP of Asset Management at Willow Bridge Property Company, overseeing a multi-family investment fund with approximately $3 billion in assets across 10 major U.S. markets. Previously, Palamara held senior positions at various esteemed firms, including INVESCO Real Estate, where they managed a diverse portfolio in the Boston market, and UBS Realty Investors, where they served as Executive Director and Region Head of Multi-Family Asset Management. Palamara has also contributed significantly to organizations such as Behringer Harvard as SVP and Portfolio Manager and Lexington Realty Trust as SVP. Al earned a BA in Business and Psychology, followed by an MBA in Finance/Banking from Baylor University.
