Bailey Melanson

Bailey Melanson is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the real estate sector, currently serving as the Senior Regional Marketing Director at Willow Bridge Property Company since April 2013. In this role, Bailey develops, manages, and evaluates comprehensive marketing strategies, including branding and advertising campaigns, for over 40 residential and mixed-use properties across the Southeastern United States. Previously, as Regional Marketing Director, Bailey led end-to-end marketing initiatives for a residential portfolio in Tennessee, and as Business Manager, oversaw operational aspects of a new construction mixed-use development in Nashville. Earlier career experience includes roles at Greystar as a Leasing Specialist for Tampa's first luxury high-rise apartment community and as a Leasing Consultant for a luxury mid-rise lease-up project at Willow Bridge.
