David Bierer

David Bierer has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as Regional Manager and previously as Business Manager at Lincoln Property Company since September 2021. Prior to this role, David held various management positions including Community Manager at Simpson Housing LLLP, Community Director at FPI Management, and Community Manager at Greystar. David's responsibilities have included overseeing multiple communities, managing budgets, coordinating vendor work, and ensuring staff performance aligns with company standards. David began the career in property management in 2005 and has since accumulated a wealth of knowledge and skills across numerous organizations and roles. Education includes attendance at Saddleback College after completing studies at El Toro High School.
