Epiphany Smith

Epiphany Smith, a graduate of Benedict College with a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services, has cultivated a robust career in the multifamily industry. They began as a part-time leasing professional and advanced to Community Manager, achieving remarkable success, including maintaining occupancy rates above 95% and winning Property of the Year in 2022. Currently serving as a Business Manager at Willow Bridge Property Company since 2025, Epiphany actively promotes greater minority involvement in the industry while maintaining a commitment to community service and supporting others in their career aspirations. Previously, they were a Board Member at USAA and completed the NAA DE&I Leadership program.
