Shane Bryant

Shane Bryant is an experienced leader in learning and development within the property management and wellness industries. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Property Management Training at Willow Bridge Property Company since November 2023, Shane oversees training initiatives for a company managing over 180,000 units across the United States. Previously, Shane founded and led the Learning & Development department at Heyday, designing training frameworks for franchisees from February 2021 to October 2023. At PROSE, from August 2017 to February 2021, Shane established key operational strategies and processes that supported the franchise's rapid growth to 26 locations. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Massage Envy, where Shane focused on leadership development and training from May 2008 to July 2017. Shane holds a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Organizational Leadership and Communication from Arizona State University.
