Louis Beldotti holds a BSBA, MBA, MSL, and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management. Currently serving as a Culinary Specialist at Willow Brook Christian Communities since March 2023, prior experience includes roles such as Talent Acquisition Manager at Laser Photonics Corporation and Northrop Grumman Corporation, where leadership in recruiting and HR services was demonstrated. Louis has also been an Army JROTC Instructor at both University High School and Wicomico High School and served in various capacities within the US Army for over 27 years, directing efforts that impacted thousands of medical personnel. Educational credentials encompass advanced degrees in business and leadership from Trident University International and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
