Kurt Kreiss

Kurt Kreiss is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategy, currently serving as the Director of Campus Development at Willow Creek Community Church since January 2019. Prior to this role, Kurt accumulated significant expertise at Allstate Insurance, where responsibilities included Senior Manager of Customer Strategy and Innovation, overseeing customer insight and experience strategies, and Program Manager, leading a major initiative to modernize Commercial Insurance systems. Kurt's career at Allstate spanned from 1990 to 2017, with roles including country-wide leader of property claims operations. Academically, Kurt holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Accounting from Loyola University Chicago.
