Ron Kessler

Ron Kessler currently serves as the Groups Pastor at Willow Creek Community Church, a position held since December 2024, where responsibilities include the development of leaders through a comprehensive leadership framework. Previously, Ron was the Care Center Pastor at Willow Creek Care Center from December 2018 to December 2024, advocating for discipleship and creating a supportive environment for staff and volunteers while overseeing various spiritual care initiatives, including the Recover ministry and logistics for Hope Packs. Ron also held the role of Food Store Coordinator, focusing on relationships with donors and volunteers. Earlier experience includes serving as the Shipping and Receiving Coordinator at Willow Creek Community Church from September 2007 to December 2018. Ron is an alumnus of Cortiva Institute and graduated from Dundee-Crown High School.
