Tiffany Welch-Quinn

Tiffany Welch-Quinn has a Master's degree in Public Administration from SUNY Brockport, a Master's degree in Social Work - Macro Practice from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Syracuse University.
