Michael Morris

Michael Morris has over a decade of experience in the senior living industry. Michael currently serves as the President of Willow Ridge Senior Living, overseeing operations at multiple locations in New York and Connecticut. Prior to this, they founded and managed Willow Ridge Pointe. Michael also held the position of Regional Director of Sales at Holiday Retirement, where they helped older individuals find strength, purpose, and belonging in retirement communities. Additionally, Michael served as the Northeast Regional Manager at Calamar, supporting senior living communities in multiple states. Before that, they worked as a Senior Director of Sales and Marketing at Brookdale, where they played a key role in achieving occupancy growth for select communities in Connecticut. Michael'scareer in the senior living industry began as a Community Relations Director at Emeritus.

Michael Morris attended SUNY Empire State College from 2016 to 2018, studying Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Prior to that, they attended Champlain College from 2003 to 2005 and obtained an Associate's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
