Erin Lavenice

Erin LaVenice is an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant who has worked at various healthcare facilities including WellSpan Health, Willow Valley Communities, Flagship Rehabilitation, Cornerstone Health Care, Centers Health Care, Lancaster General Health/Penn Medicine, and Select Rehabilitation. Erin also served as the Director Of Rehabilitation at Cornerstone Health Care. Erin has a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology from Charleston Southern University and a degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant from Central Penn College. In addition to their healthcare experience, Erin also briefly worked as an Observer at CPRS and as an Assistant Coach for volleyball at Woodland High School.
