Rakesh Bisht has a diverse range of work experience in the agricultural and retail industries. Rakesh started their career at Rallis India Ltd, where they handled sales responsibilities for Tata Chemicals Ltd, Rallis Agrochemicals, and Cargill seeds. Rakesh then moved on to Dhanuka Agritech Limited, where they served as the Regional Manager for U.P and significantly increased sales turnover. At Reliance Retail Ltd, Rakesh held the role of Sr Manager and was responsible for state head farm procurement. Finally, at Chemtura and Willowood, they held various managerial positions in marketing, business development, and brand management.
Rakesh Bisht completed their education by earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from IMT Ghaziabad. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Agriculture, Agriculture Operations, and Related Sciences from Uttarakhand Jobs. Rakesh also attended K V Hathibarkala No 1 Dehradun for their CBSE Intermediate education from 1981 to 1988, though the degree obtained during this period is not specified.
