Becky Yarbrough, M.Ed., SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Becky began their career at St. Louis Arc as an Integrator from 1993 to 1995. Following this, they joined Willows Way as a Program Supervisor in 1995. In 1996, they transitioned to the role of Quality Assurance & Training Manager, where they developed training curriculum and led teams to achieve national accreditation status.
