Margaret Moss

Margaret Moss is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in user experience and interface design. Currently serving as Design Director at WillowTree since October 2021, Margaret has held various positions including Associate Design Director, Senior Product Designer, and Product Designer. Prior experience includes roles as UX/UI Designer at Edelman and freelance positions at Crossbeat and Charlotte Moss LLC, where Margaret contributed to UX audits, wireframes, and digital strategies. Notable projects include designing a responsive website for Pawlicy Advisor and mentoring students in General Assembly’s User Experience Design Immersive program. Margaret holds a Certificate of Completion in User Experience Design from General Assembly and a Bachelor of Science in Health Services from James Madison University.
