Tobias Dengel is the CEO of [WillowTree](/org/willowtree). 

Prior to joining [WillowTree](/org/willowtree) in 2010, Tobias was the Senior Vice President of Business Development at [Web.com](/org/web-com). Earlier in his career, he held roles at Leads.com, AOL, and AT Kearney.

Tobias earned his BSE from The University of Pennsylvania in 1994.

Patrick Wright is the Chief Engineering Officer at [WillowTree](/org/willowtree). Patrick has over 12 years of experience in software engineering and has been with [WillowTree](/org/willowtree) for two years. Prior to [WillowTree](/org/willowtree), they were the Director of Engineering at [Caring.com](/org/caring-com) for 11 years. At [Caring.com](/org/caring-com), they oversaw the growth of the company from a small startup to a profitable business employing over 150 people. Patrick designed and built much of the software platform, as part of an engineering team of 8. The suite included an SEO-optimized content and user engagement site focused on eldercare topics, with ads, lead generation forms, 3 newsletter products, and a custom content management system. Additionally, they built a directory of eldercare services, with integrations to private and public data sources, comprehensive APIs for partners, and a web- and mobile-optimized user interface. Patrick also created a lead generation and qualification platform, including a telephony application integrated with Twilio, a qualification tool used by over 100 agents, and analytics built on Redshift and Looker. Furthermore, they built a machine learning platform which assisted in assessing lead quality at multiple points in the conversion funnel, and drove SEM keyword bidding. Lastly, they created a lead integration platform which connected with hundreds of service providers via custom adapters. The production stack was Ruby on Rails, running over Postgres and MySQL, deployed at AWS. The stack was scaled to handle millions of monthly visitors, and 10000+ new leads daily. Nagios, DataDog, Papertrail, Sentry and Pagerduty were used to monitor production. Continuous integration and deployment were done using Github, Travis and Capistrano. Patrick's day-to-day work involved designing and building new features, performance tuning, helping other developers, and working with the business and product managers to solve problems as they come up. They used Scrum to plan and execute product development work.

Patrick Wright has a MSc in Computer Integrated Manufacturing from Cranfield University and a MA in Engineering from the University of Cambridge.

Jamie Timm is the Chief Delivery Officer at [WillowTree](/org/willowtree), a mobile design and development agency. Jamie previously worked as a Partner, SVP Delivery & Operations at Dynamit from August 2014 to November 2019. Keith Miller is the current Chief Marketing Officer at [WillowTree](/org/willowtree). Prior to this, they were the Senior Business Integration Lead at Zola.com from December 2017 to February 2018. Keith has also held the position of Director, Digital at MMB from July 2012 to May 2015 and Partner & Founder at [Brainchild](/org/brainchild) from May 2012 to October 2020. Keith was also the General Manager, eCommerce at Mimeo.com from January 2007 to June 2012. Keith's previous positions also include VP Marketing at Borrowed & Blue from June 2015 to December 2017 and Senior Analyst, Search Marketing at Wilson RMS from July 2005 to December 2006.

Salil Rao is currently the Chief of Staff at [WillowTree](/org/willowtree). Prior to that, they were a Manager at Deloitte Consulting, where they created an analytical tool and management process to identify and eliminate operational risk at Tier 1 aerospace and defense suppliers. Salil also worked as a Summer Associate at Deloitte Consulting and as a Project Manager at Caterpillar Inc. Salil Rao has an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business, where they were also the business manager of Carnegie Mellon Hyperloop Team - SpaceX sponsored engineering competition, and club officer for Tepper Consulting Club, Adam Smith Society (Economics club).

Salil Rao attended Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business, where they earned their Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Salil also attended [Case Western Reserve University](/org/case-western-reserve-university), where they earned their BS in Mechanical Engineering and Economics. Blake Sirach is the Chief Product Officer at [WillowTree](/org/willowtree), a position they have held since August 2010. Prior to joining [WillowTree](/org/willowtree), Blake was a designer at Reaching Out MBA from January to August 2010. Blake has also served as a web developer at the [University of Virginia](/org/university-of-virginia) from May 2008 to August 2010. Blake has a deep understanding of Wordpress and Drupal, and is highly skilled in designing and developing optimized front-ends for data rich websites. Blake is also experienced in Wordpress and Drupal configuration and theme development.

Will Mayo is the Senior Vice President of Business Development at [WillowTree](/org/willowtree). Will has over 10 years of experience in business development and sales strategy. Prior to joining [WillowTree](/org/willowtree), they were the Senior Manager at [Deloitte](/org/deloitte) and they also spent 2 years at Twitter as the Senior Manager of Data Partnerships. At Twitter, they were responsible for developing the business strategy for data analytic services that are offered to Fortune 500 companies and key enterprise partners. Will also managed joint sales processes with partners, joint solutions, and strategic relationships to enable data sales growth for Twitter. Before Twitter, they were at Gnip (acquired by Twitter) where they managed business development efforts with a focus on the Professional Services and Public Sectors.

Abby Cook is currently the SVP of Finance at [WillowTree](/org/willowtree). Prior to their current position, they served as the Director of Corporate Operations at Greenberry's Coffee Co. from September 2009 to October 2015. In their role at Greenberry's, Abby was responsible for coordinating operations for the company's four divisions, which included an international franchise company, wholesale coffee roaster, wholesale bakery company, and company-owned flagship. Abby also actively managed the profitability of all four entities, including cost accounting, vendor negotiations, operational efficiency programs and marketing campaigns. Additionally, Abby successfully opened 10+ franchise store locations during their time at Greenberry's, overseeing design, owner/manager and employee training, product ordering and grand openings. Abby also developed new products and offerings, including propriety and outside sourced items. In their role at Greenberry's, Abby worked closely with owners and managers of franchises in operational and financial guidance.

Abby Cook completed their Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business/Management from Liberty University. Abby then went on to get their certification from the Virginia Board of Accountancy in Certified Public Accountant.

Kelli Palmer is the current Chief Diversity Officer at [WillowTree](/org/willowtree). Prior to this, they served as the Head of Organizational Development and Corporate Citizenship at [CFA Institute](/org/cfa-institute) from November 2011 to May 2022. Kelli also served as the Director of Enrichment Voyages at Institute for Shipboard Education from February 2011 to October 2011. In 2008, they took a leave of absence from the [University of Virginia](/org/university-of-virginia) to lead an effort focused on the civic engagement of rural African-Americans through voter registration and mobilization as the Program Coordinator at My Vote My Virginia. From July 2004 to January 2011, they served as the Assistant to the President at [University of Virginia](/org/university-of-virginia). In 2002, they were a Diversity Assessment Team Member at [Sweet Briar College](/org/sweet-briar-college).

Kelli Palmer received their B.A. in Elementary Education from [Elon University](/org/elon-university), their Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from the [University of Virginia](/org/university-of-virginia), and their Center for Corporate Citizenship Certificate in Corporate Citizenship Leadership from the Boston College Carroll School of Management. Kelli also has a M.A.Ed. in Counselor Education from Wake Forest University and a diploma in honors from Montgomery Blair High School. Michael Colombo is the Managing Director of Adobe Practice at [WillowTree](/org/willowtree). Prior to joining [WillowTree](/org/willowtree), Michael was a Partner and Co-founder of PIER, Inc. where they were responsible for defining strategy for new web-based offerings, focusing the collective creative imagination of the agency, and managing PIER's brand and position in its market. Michael has also served as the Director of Marketing for Piscataqua Systems where they were responsible for the branding, online marketing, and business development strategies for new technology startup. In addition, Michael has also worked as a Research Assistant to the President at [The Heritage Foundation](/org/the-heritage-foundation).

Michael Colombo's educational career began with him obtaining a MA in Liberal Arts from St. John's College. Michael then went on to study Economics, Finance and Theirtory at [Bentley University](/org/bentley-university) and the [University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill](/org/university-of-north-carolina-at-chapel-hill) respectively.

Cristiano Franco is the Managing Director of LATAM at [WillowTree](/org/willowtree). Cristiano has also worked as the Director of Projects at InterProcess TI Ltda, a Professor of Computer Science at [Unisinos](/org/unisinos), and an IT Sr. Program Manager at Dell. 

Cristiano has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. Cristiano has a strong background in project management, software development, and quantitative methods. At [WillowTree](/org/willowtree), Cristiano is responsible for managing a team of developers and designers who create mobile apps and websites for clients. 

Prior to joining [WillowTree](/org/willowtree), Cristiano was the Director of Projects at InterProcess TI Ltda, where they oversaw a team of developers working on various software projects. Cristiano has also taught courses on Quantitative Project Management, Software Metrics, and Software Development Planning and Control at [Unisinos](/org/unisinos). 

At Dell, Cristiano worked as an IT Sr. Program Manager. Cristiano was responsible for managing a portfolio of projects, including roadmap planning, project sizing, business relationship management, resource allocation, vendor contract negotiation, and requirements discussions with multiple teams. Cristiano also worked with domain leadership and segment portfolio manager to shape resource demand. During their time at Dell, they successfully managed the expansion of a Global Tax Engine across Europe, Middle East, and Africa (~30 countries). 

Cristiano Franco is a highly-skilled IT professional with a proven track record of successful project management and software development. Cristiano is currently the Managing Director of LATAM at [WillowTree](/org/willowtree), where they lead a team of developers in creating mobile apps and websites for clients.
