Monalisa Nandi

Monalisa Nandi has extensive work experience in product management and leadership roles. Monalisa is currently working as a Senior Product Lead at WillowTree. Prior to that, they were a Product Manager at PayByPhone, where they oversaw the parking management portal and led product initiatives for the Emissions product. Monalisa also worked as a Product Manager at Delta Controls Inc., where they managed software products and drove the strategy for building management systems. Monalisa started their career at Tata Consultancy Services, where they held various roles including Product Owner, Program Manager, and Software Developer.

Monalisa Nandi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Service Management (Marketing, Operations, and HR) from the University of Victoria, which they completed from 2018 to 2020. Monalisa also holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in PMC Level I from Pragmatic Institute in 2022 and Cert Prep in Project Management Professional (PMP) from LinkedIn in 2020.
