Wesley Potts

Wesley Potts, PMP, currently serves as Principal Delivery Lead at WillowTree, beginning in December 2021, and has also held the position of Director, Delivery Lead 2. With a distinguished career in the Air National Guard since December 2009, Wesley focuses on aircraft maintenance leadership for $60M KC-135 aircraft, exhibiting expertise in high-pressure environments with limited support structures. Previous experience includes Program Manager roles at Franklin County Data Center (FCDC) and Vertiv, where responsibilities encompassed infrastructure, application development, and new product execution for global data centers. Wesley's technical background includes significant contributions at Emerson Network Power as Data Center Project Lead and Mechanical Designer. Advanced education includes a Master of Science in International Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science from Ohio University, supported by an Associate's degree in Airframe Mechanics and Aircraft Maintenance Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
