Carol Heady is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational management and training. As the President and Founder of Learning and Performance Solutions since January 2002, Carol has developed a reputation for expertise in leadership and performance enhancement. In June 2017, Carol founded Leadership Chicks, focusing on empowering female leaders. Carol also served as an Independent Senior Consultant at Learning Dynamics from January 2018 to July 2020, and held academic positions as an Adjunct Professor at both Marist College and Manhattanville College. Prior experience includes leadership roles at M&T Bank and MetLife, where Carol specialized in corporate training and recruitment. Carol holds an MS in Organizational Management and Human Resource Development from Manhattanville University and a BS in Elementary Education from Worcester State University.
