M. Ali Khan currently serves as an Attending Physician for the Retina Service at Wills Eye Hospital and as an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at Sidney Kimmel Medical College since September 2019. Prior experience includes roles as an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology and Attending Surgeon at UCLA Health from September 2016 to September 2019, and as a Clinical Instructor and Fellow at Wills Eye Hospital from July 2011 to July 2016. M. Ali Khan began training in ophthalmology as a Resident Physician and was also a Research Fellow at Howard Hughes Medical Institute from August 2007 to June 2008. M. Ali Khan earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA (2005-2010) and a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Science and Political Science from the University of Southern California (2001-2005).
